Trouble joining ats

My daughter is trying to join ats and keeps getting a "server configuration error" message, does anyone know what she can do.

Same problem here..I have some people that want to join as well.

Not sure where to post this, but this seems to be an important issue and has been happening for a very long time. Since way before the new ownership.

I have been trying to make a new account to change my username for a long time, but no matter what phone or computer I use, the message says: "server configuration error, please try again later."

Is there possibly a way to do this without making a new account? Or will this be fixed?
