I'll clarify in that you mean Astral Projection, correct?
There are a variety of threads here on it, so you may want to try the Search option here for a lot of info. Existing threads are likely older, but I think you'll find some good info on them...

...Seriously tho', use the search feature and find the RiverGoddess' excellent thread on this subject. And as for your age, don't be worried because from what I've read, the younger you are, the closer you are to being able to naturally accomplish this feat. Apparently growing up "convinces" us that it's not possible so it's harder to learn as an adult.
