Here is an interesting question, if Kamila Harris is so sure she is going to be the next VP why hasn't she resigned her Senate seat ?

Mike Pence didn't reign either when Trump won and he was Trumps running mate.

Pence resigned as governor of Indiana shortly before being sworn in as vice president on January 20, 2017.

No, it isn’t unusual that Kamala Harris is still in the Senate.
Some have compared Ms. Harris’s continuing tenure with former President Barack Obama’s resignation from his Senate seat in mid-November 2008. But there’s nothing unusual about Ms. Harris’s staying in her position a month after the election. In fact, Mr. Obama’s resignation was the earliest for any president-elect or vice president-elect who held public office of the past 50 years.

I have $5,000 that says this isn't true. Want to pony up some cash?

Ok, I understand that many Americans have doubts over the accuracy and integrity of the result of November's election.

I get it that a substantial number of US citizens would rather have Trump serve a second term than see Biden sworn in as President in January.

I might not agree with lots of those opinions but I do sort of get them.

And I understand that many of those people are going to continue expressing their dissatisfaction and anger at what they see as a great injustice.

I am slightly bewildered and even amazed - and I assure you 'amazement' is a very rare feeling for this very cynical and 'worldly wise' individual - at the calls for civil war and civil insurrection, infringements on civil liberties, internment, censorship, executions etc I see and hear from some sections of the pro-Trump camp.

But what I really DON'T understand is the wilful denial of the inevitable.
Biden will become the 46th President of The United States of America on January 20th 2021.
It's as sure as night follows day.
People might not like it....but it WILL happen.

These people really are wandering around with their heads up their own arses, dreaming about Guiliani and Powell's legal cases, the electoral college voting for Trump, military intervention, SCOTUS overruling the election and/or divine intervention.

Get a grip guys, acknowledge the inevitable and move on.

If you are so opposed to Biden then organise and work to expose his failings.
Do something instead of continually moaning and whining and living in cloud cuckoo land.

I hope and wish that you’re right but I’m prepared for the worst.

BTW: I think you may have my cats long lost sibling. LOL

I think they call them "tortoise" cats. They have a mutation that makes the fur look like that. They are rare. Probably worth at least $650. My cat just decided it was going to live with me.
