Vulnerability in the nation

So I have been sitting here and asking what narrative we are all being fed here with the election controversy. No matter the results folks like BLM and Antifa as it comes apparent that the democrat party benefited most from unrest, but the relationship ends at that point. It is apparent the dems have put forward a Dino and fed their base a narrative they do not intend to follow. Either way, whoever takes the office of the presidency will face more unrest. More so if Trump manages to expose the apparent fraud and the left feel disenfranchised. While all this occurs and there is violence in the streets from the immoral left I must ask what countries are waiting for the opportune time to take action while America appears on its heels or even knees.

Communist China appears a threat due to the constant barrage of cyber attacks and its South China sea aggression. To add the rumors that have surfaced they are responsible for and possibly intentionally released for Covid-19. It is also apparent China was able to keep the virus from escaping the Wuhan territory into other parts of China but not the rest of the world. Undoubtedly, a lot has to do with Trump's assault on China's gravy train by way of renegotiating fair trade.

Is there more that we are overlooking while our attention is captured by the election turmoil?

Look back to the great Athenian Experiment in Democracy to see where any weak points may be. I'm not going to sit here and list them, but understanding why a Representative Democracy is the better way of going will become very apparent, but many of the weakness in how leadership is picked are still there.

Lying is accepted in the rules of war, new recruits to the CIA are taught how to do it. The legal system struggles with it. Congressional inquiries get a lot of it.

With lying part of the entrenched culture, the nation has been building on shifting sands. As those with integrity become an enemy of the state, the strength and foundations of the nation will fall.
