Terrorism by US Air Force over Laos during Vietnam War

In about 1990 I met someone who had been a witness to Terrorism.

He was an alcoholic who still had a few brains left
and an interesting story:

He said he had been in Laos as part of some Australian-based
civilian project during the Vietnam War in the late 1960's.

He told me that from his project base, he witnessed and
experienced the effects of

the US Air Force dropping THOUSANDS of heavy-duty bombs
on the jungles of Laos.

And he also told me that, from the best of his knowledge,

there were NO real enemy in the area that was bombed!

This corelates quite well with what I had already read
about the US Air Force bombing the Plain of Jars in Laos
where large numbers of civilian People and other Animal
population were utterly destroyed by US Air Force Terrorism.

Apparently when the supply of bombs builds up in the
major War Criminal industrial plants in the US,
the Pentagon is ordered by its bosses to start dropping
the tonnage anywhere they can,

so the stockpiles are depleted...

so more bombs can be made!

First off, the two references that you have provided, a drunk and a geocities site, leave much to be desired.

Now, much went wrong in the Vietnam War, this I don't doubt. But to call a legitimate tactic an act of terrorism ebbs on the side of ignorance.

I think you should revist the history books, read about the thousands of miles of under ground tunnels, numerous booby traps and hundreds of mine fields dotted through out the country side.

A path had to be cleared somehow.

References aside the US did conduct an illegal undeclared war against Laos as they were unable to defeat Charlie inside Vietnam. Only in the US / your head is there any question that this is fact. I suggest you consult sources beyond SOF magazine or wherever you're getting that sh*te from.

The indigenous Hmong hill tribe people you recruited to fight on your behalf were abandoned when you were defeated. Since then they've been persecuted by a vengeful Pathet Lao who are hitting back at the only available target. These people are hiding in the jungle still waiting for you to come back. Poor buggers are still living under the illusion you're a country with some honour and that when you promise something you'll actually deliver.

Put yourself in the shoes of the poor souls that fought that war and then complain about it. It was a senseless war and thousands of people died for no reason including 60,000 of our own young men.
So get a clue, both of you!!

That's was not a measley little 60,000.

It was more like an "official" 85,000
PLUS the MANY Vets who lived thereafter
as the walking Dead of this world.

The total number people murdered by the Vietnam Terrorist War
were many many times MORE
than those murdered by the surgical strikes of 911.

Excuse me, but ummm, no, intelligences, the "official" death toll for the US dead are between 58,148 and 58,325!

This was the figure bandied about by

The actual figure could be much higher.)
