So far, I've seen a lot of accusations but no evidence. Unless the kraken comes with proof of fraud I'm going to write it down as being a mixed seafood platter.

Honestly, as you should. Until that evidence gets vetted in court and a judgement gets made, none of us knows anything for certain.
