The Secretary of State’s Office said the application did not come from its office and that third-party groups often use mailing lists to get names and addresses.

So while someone may have tried it, nothing came of it, because there are checks in place.

So while you can clutch at that straw that someone may have tried something (In July by the way, plenty of time for a lawsuit to have been filed early to check on potential fraud) it would have had no impact.

Also Giuiliani hasn't, to my knowledge, launched a dead cats investigation.

Nothing to do with voting software then... it was their phone system.
