The media were not the ones making the call. We actually waited until Congress made the declaration. Yeah, you are confused because you don't understand how our system of government works. Read the U.S. Constitution.

Update, despite Real Clear Politics giving Pennsylvania to Biden a judge in Pennsylvania has ruled that Secretary of the Commonwealth Kathy Boockvar lacked statutory authority to override election laws. That judge has also ordered for segregated ballots to not be counted past November 9th.

However, even though some people are stating this would not change the outcome, as the number of ballots affected by this decision is less than the votes Biden has right now over President Trump, there are other lawsuits in court.

Remember that allowing the votes to be counted past 8pm on November 3rd was also a decision made through a judge, and local officials and not through the state legislature or through Congress as the U.S. Constitution states such changes must be made.

It seems that the Pennsylvania election might make it's way to the U.S. Supreme Court and it might be decided there as socialists, former democrats, will attempt to stop these lawsuits.

Just checked RCP...they have Biden with 278(with states still pending).

Game over.

Accept reality.

Several states, where lawsuits have been accepted, will have their ballots are going to be counted by hand, and if the left doesn't try to stop them, will have Republican observers watching the counting.

Did you even read the article? It just states that that group of attorneys decided to withdrawal from one of the suits....there are other attorneys still on the case and there are other cases that this group is still working on.

Apparently RCP came under pressure after their change. Now PA is shown blue and Cheatin' Joe is back up to 279 votes awarded by a media organ.

Gonna be interesting to see how it all pans out in the next month.

Since ATS has now become a Trump Online Media site we had multiple posts claiming that RealClearPolitics changed their status on PA, Georgia and a few other states.


Reality however gave this, "Carl M. Cannon, Washington Bureau Chief at RealClearPolitics, told Reuters: “We made no change on Pennsylvania whatsoever. Where Rudy Giuliani got the impression he did is anybody’s guess. We have no idea.”

RealClearPolitics carries a map of 2020 presidential election results here . The states of Alaska, Arizona, Georgia and North Carolina as well as Pennsylvania are shaded grey, signifying that the website has not yet given an outcome.

It's cool though , since that info above is 3 says old maybe they have changed things up, lets look at their map. Biden 279 and Trump 217 and Georgia still hasn't been fully called..

That's BULL...The media called it the night of the election and President Trump came on TV the same night to give his speech. He also stated that he got a call from Hillary congratulating him. Are you telling me that congress called trump that night to make the declaration. They sure move fast....
