Doctors are the absolute worst pessimists on the planet. And, they think they know everything. How many people have doctors sentenced to a life of immobility, people who didn’t have the same spirit you’ve got?

I tore my rotater cuff and injured an elbow gardening.
Haha, those darn carrots! Seriously though, impatient
and I should have called on hubby to help but had to get
all new dirt into my raised beds. Used healing herbs and
balms to get by in prep for surgery that I never had.
Just kept doing the therapy, tons of Vit C.

Now I may need micro surgery on the elbow but the
shoulder is all better.

Easy does it!
