In their late October press conference, FBI director Wray and dni director Radcliffe said Iran was manipulating a few emails here and there.

This is an odd "complaint." Usually in a civil case you file the complaint and plaster it with anything that might stick. Then through discovery decide what is what. In her case it reads like an indictment, not a "guesswork" doc. At this point in the process there is NO reason to guess, it doesn't help.

As someone pointed out the use of the word "Fraud" is not tossed around lightly among the Legal Priest Class, if you have it you flaunt it, if you don't you never use the term.

She's presenting a criminal indictment that includes Fraud, RICO and Treason plus plus plus if one reads between the lines.

Maybe Sidney wants it thrown out quickly, so it can be escalated to the appeals court where Lin wood's lawsuit resides right now. And then right to the Supreme Court.
