there is a legal process at play, they have tried to use it with kennedy and gore and others and it will play out.

And yes the US voters have spoken - 2 weeks ago democrats said they had a 28% faith in free and fair elections, hillary said don't concede no matter what because it will take months and the AG of a state said Trump wont win his state and then blocked the legal process of poll watchers 3 separate times after judges weighed in.

Today suddenly they have 92% faith and now the republicans who were at 57% are at 32% and the new york times says it's there job to certify the election, not the states, electoral college or supreme court apparently. And considering at least 72 million people voted for trump beating your faithless leader osamas totals even, they are going to have a say in this too and it will be 4 years of trench warfare for trump 2024 if thats what happens, turn about is fair play.

President Trump can still win. The 5 main states in which the counting is still ongoing, plus the thousand of votes in 40+ counties that the software Dominion reversed in about 28 states as well, and were originally for Trump but were taken from Trump and about half were given to Biden, there is more than enough evidence that will take at least weeks, if not months.

The U.S. Constitution says that if a POTUS can't be confirmed by Congress it could take until March 2021 to select the POTUS & VPOTUS.

No, you are the ones not dealing with reality... Your lying media, and neither you, decide who won as POTUS. The president of the Senate has to count votes with the House of representatives and the rest of the Senate, plus the partisan ballot observers, all have to see the votes as they are being handled.

Several of YOUR hell hole cities/states decided to use voter fraud and intimidation. Republican observers were not allowed to closely watch the ballot counting and that is unconstitutional.

Congress hasn't called a winner, so Joe Biden is not "the president-elect..." Deal with it...
