Why is Google displaying 238 Biden but BBC says 224?

This is what I am eondering as well not bbc but the differing numbers. If it is counted voted there should nkt be a descrepancy.

I"m no Biden fan. I vote for him because I is my sense that while the the nation will careen off the rails with Trump by say Wedsnesday. With Biden it would be Thursday. Not much of a difference that at all. So yeah, here's hoping there IS a 2424 in either case.

Did you know that all of the ballots don't officially have to be counted until the 14th of November? That's what they told me.

Did you research this? Was this another last minute change, contrary to all prior elections before 2020? Was it done lawfully?
