Quite a few countries have citizens starting class actions against MP's.

The unfortunate facts though is that they may (and that's a big may) win the battle but they will certainly loose the war, in the end all they are doing is painting a massive target on their backs.

You see the lockdowns, the tests etc are all at the end of the day about the contact tracing....before international borders open up again we will be required to have digital health cards proving our health status on all matter of things that will all be brought to bare under the covid plandemic.

They'll lock us down till we're in their eyes so desperate to get on with living that we'll agree to anything.

The days of freedom of movement are well and truly over mark my words. They want to be able to track anyone anywhere through their contacts and if you are wanted and won't surface then your close contacts and contacts will be held accountable till you do surface.

Communism and totalitarianism is well on its way and the benefits to authority is not even remotely understood by the masses.

So people are put out and suing - at face value good and commendable but they really don't know the can of worms they are opening unfortunately.

The system always wins and always has - we can never defeat it as we won't stand worldwide as a race and standing worldwide as a race is the only way we can even attempt to overthrow the system. Most people can't even fathom the issue let alone address it.

They are suing over lost income and psychological damage due to a whole assortment of restrictions but you will see that they ain't seen nothing yet.

We are at war with authority and people are only just starting to see this but only by selfish means in how it's affecting them......They are blind as bats and wasting their limited time.

The irony : They are asking the system to judicate over whether the system is being unfair to them...................how stupid can people be.

A complete conflict of interest IMO.

The idea of taking parliament to court/holding them to account is great but I am skeptical about it working or anything real happening. Having said that, it happened during Brexit with Gina Miller....

Glad others on here are talking about this sort of thing - it seems like many just don't care that lockdowns seem to be the norm and that the vaccine is the only way out etc etc.

Where is our Supreme Court in all of this???
For something as benign as Boris Johnson suspending Parliament they ruled based on an unwritten UK Constitution.
Now the Govt is stripping the right of UK Citizens and the SC is silent - how comes they are not invoking the unwritten freedoms of the people now?
Someone needs to bring this case to them and every single person in Govt who has violated our rights needs to go to jail. The very notion that a Govt can tell people who to see, what to wear and when they can see their own families, and take away people's livelihoods is utterly appalling. There are NO reasonable grounds to do this - ever.
If the govt and the INDIVIDUALS who have done this are not checked NOW, it will lead to the continued levels of authoritarianism that we are currently seeing - for good.

The letter from the second link is a joke. It shows the author has no grasp of the law in England and Wales, how laws are made, and what Common Law actually is. Citing the 1610 Bonham’s Case as a proof of wrong-doing is like believing pigs fly, because the concept of parliamentary sovereignty has been shown to be paramount.

Any MP receiving such a letter would be advised to put it in the vexatious junk folder, after a polite "thanks for your letter" reply.

Is totalitarianism an end goal?

I certainly think many governments across the globe will be/are using this outbreak as an opportunity to further the long term goals and agenda's of a well established elite.

Oh, Lordie. As mentioned by me ten posts up, this "proposed" legal challenge against alleged unlawfulness of the Coronavirus Act 2020 merely demonstrates the authors inability to understand law, or how it works, especially the way laws are made.

For example, and from the link...

This means that we are now moving forward into the preparation of the court papers, including an affidavit containing all of the allegations of fraud, treason, and genocide against every MP who voted to enact and retain the unlawful Coronavirus Act 2020.

He/she does not know what an "affidavit" is. To put it bluntly, the author is a fantasist with a website and a YouTube vid. No firm of barristers would take this on because it would be thrown out at the first hurdle.
