I run quick search on US cities that belong to Strong Cities Network. All of them seem to have riots or protest in 2020
Anaheim
Atlanta
Aurora
Chattanooga
Denver
Los Angeles
Louisville
Montgomery County
New York
Pittsburgh
San Diego
Just a coincidence.
If some entity would want to cause problems in country, creating destabilizing would be one tool to use . I think the strong cities network might see patriots as "extreme and violent " ...or anti-Globalist people as "extreme and violent " . The point of view depends who to ask...
What if the strong cities network is a front organization of Globalist/deep state ?

Yikes!
Thanks for this information, as it is fascinating in a dark / twisted kind of way, and also ominous.
Question: If the US can pull out of the United Nations, would that nullify these so-called 'strong city' enforcement agreements?
How else could the rug be pulled out from under these organized global and locally urban seditionists?
A lot of the recent talk to strip police of their budgets and authority can also be part of the plan that was proposed in 2015 when the United Nations unveiled their plans for a New World Order to be finalized by the year 2030. The 2030 Summit is a well-known supplement to Agenda 21 where a many tiered plan of world unity and state socialism was proposed as a bold political move by a world body to employ a centralized world government. The 2030 blueprint for what is called “sustainable development” included plans for law enforcement and reassignment or reset options for a world police force. It was proposed in 2015 that United Nations personnel would be available to replace municipal police forces whose ranks have been harassed and hollowed out because of civil unrest and violent activism. In 2015, there was a secret meeting that took place during the U.N. Summit that proposed the idea of something called the Strong Cities Network. The project came from out of nowhere and was introduced at United Nations headquarters on September 30th, 2015 by Attorney General, Loretta Lynch.
At the 1991, Bilderberg Conference at Evian, France, Kissinger allegedly remarked that: “Today, America would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow, they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all people of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the world government.”
