I found a great 'youtube campfire' channel that narrates scary stories. What makes this channel stand out to me is the narrator. He has a very calm
and down-to-earth narration style instead of a dumb creepy voice. The camera is on him and he does a great job emphasizing details with his hand
gestures and facial cues. There is just something very accessible and refreshing about this guy, otherwise I wouldn't bother sharing.
You really feel like an old friend is telling you a scary story. It's never click-baity or misleading titles. He keeps the gimmicks to a minimum.
He covers mostly paranormal and true-crime stories. Having said that, some of the stories get pretty creepy and gruesome (especially the true-crime
stories with related photos.) Definitely know your limits! But otherwise it's pretty tame to watch if you enjoy the subject matter or scary stories in
general.
Give this guy some love he definitely deserves it.
Here are a few vids I found to be among his best. His re-telling of Skinwalker Ranch was especially good!

NPR does a scary story segment around Halloween. I have been known to have to turn it off because they did such a good job.
Thanks, I will be checking this out!
Ive checked out his channel before. I agree, he tells a story well.
He does a story on the famous Observation Post Rock in Afghanistan. There are more detailed accounts of this, which i'd recommend checking out. It's
wild!
