I guess I should introduce myself since I am new to this site, this message board and this thread. My name is Scott Ritsema, and I wrote the article
that spurred this discussion. Interestingly enough, I'd never heard of this website, and I was typing in my name to find my article, and saw that it
had been posted on a bunch of sites. It was quite a surprise.
I noticed there was a conversation about Left and Right, which I would like to comment on. What is commonly defined as Left and Right have both been
co-opted by the same internationalist elite establishment.
Historian Carroll Quigley noted that the CFR was (and ought to be) the mechanism by which the elite Establishment could control both parties. To even
the casual observer, this is true: both parties favor war, police state measures, open boarders, gun control, growing government power and global
government. The list could go on.
To say that both parties are Right (as somebody did) is absurd. Yes, both parties are beholden to the same cooperate/media/military-industrial
complex/international banking cabal, but that doesn’t make them Right wing. The aims of this Establishment are socialistic, big government, and
tyranny. They push toward the New World Order of world socialism that the same elite controllers have been aiming at for 100 years+.
I have a problem with the Left-Right paradigm because, to most, the extreme Left is socialism, and the extreme Right is fascism. Well, where does
America fit in then? Where do limited government, liberty, and strict Constitutionalism fit in? So, this whole system of thought is archaic.
On another topic, I agree with the original poster that I was stating the obvious. Anybody who doesn’t see it just doesn’t know history and
doesn’t follow the news. I think it was an unfortunately necessary article to write, though, because most people are still asleep.
I welcome any questions, comments, or arguments on my article or what I’ve written here.
