After six way stalled talks into the nuclear weopons program, North korea has refused to return to the talks until the United States retracts its "Outpost of Tyranny" comments made recently about the North's regime. Comments by Secretary of State Condaleezza Rice made recently in the Washington post, refusing to apologise for the remarks have also been cited as reasons North Korea is refusing to rejoin the talks

"It is quite illogical for the U.S. to intend to negotiate with the DPRK without retracting its remarks listing its dialogue partner as an outpost of tyranny," the spokesman said in comments published by the North's official KCNA news agency.

DPRK is short for the North's official name, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

"This is, in the final analysis, little short of indicating its will not to hold the six-party talks. She can make nothing but such outcries as she is no more than an official of the most tyrannical dictatorial state in the world," he added.

North Korea has said on Tuesday that it is considering raising it's stockpile of weapons to come into line with the rest of South East Asia.
Rice has been accused of outcries by an official of the most tyrannical dictatorship in the world by the North Korean government.

If anyone thought this was even worthy of posting as news, they were mistaken.

The only news we need to hear about North Korea should include one or more from the following list:

1) Negotiations are set between the U.S., No. Korea and a third party
2) Bush extends invitation
3) North Korean leader dies eating a sandwich (though what they have to put on a sandwich in Pyongyang is a mystery)
4) An accident involving nuclear material and North Korea has left a crater the size of Utah where the country used to be

Other than that, to hear that North Korea is again unwilling, not wanting, or simply isn't in the mood to step down from their rooster perch is redundant and yawn provoking.
