Officer-involved shooting in Lancaster City, District Attorney's Office identifies victim

According to police, Munoz was armed with a knife. From the preliminary investigation, which included reviewing footage from the firing officer's body camera, the District Attorney's Office says Munoz ran towards the officer, brandished a knife above his head in a threatening manner, and the officer fired the gun. No one else was struck by gunfire.

It's interesing watching this develop, real time.

It's mostly just bunch of people parroting the typical talking points with no background on the situation. The above story witht the update on what happened was just released.

Body cam video has been released as well.

Interesingly, about a half hour ago, the out of towners showed up. They ID'd themselves as being from out of town but not where they are from. Dressed in all black with bull horns, leading chants. I think mot people just saw it as entertainment.

A (22) year old female suffered a slash injury to one of her hands. She was treated at the hospital and eventually discharged. A (26) year old male suffered a slash to his head. He was treated at the hospital and eventually discharged. Another (26) year old male suffered a stab wound to his left arm. He is still at the hospital in fair condition.

So here we are. None of these people on the stret are going to stop to look at the video, or the article saying what happened, or the this guy's history...

...I stand corrected, they saw the video and immediately calmed down, admitted they were out of hand and repented...oh, wait...nope, they are taking a knee...

I give up. 🤔
