I went back to Q4671 and would appreciate it if you could post again. The words Heads up Timestamp CEST.
CEST represents Central European Summer Time which is two hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time.[UTC]
This is used in central Europe and Antarctica.
UTC is a standard so no country uses it for their civilian time.
There is a 6 hour difference between say Washington and a country using CEST. Does Kevin need to set his alarm on the CEST time rather than what we would normally use?

Cranky I don't know of any undecided voters so the media even suggesting that there is a battle over them is just plain odd. From what I have seen most are afraid to openly discuss the issue at all.
I had an interesting encounter the other day when shopping for furniture, office furniture which would never have been necessary before the pandemic, and another shopper started chatting. Before we knew it the conversation was sliding towards the politics. We were both Trumpers but both hesitant to confirm one way or the other. To describe how odd she told the salesperson to go away for awhile and she would order later. At the end before we left each other she said"I pray every day for that man, our president. I said me too." We hugged.
On the other hand I have children who are split, some for and some against, which is mind boggling. The least knowledgable are for Clinton. But she isn't running?! Doesn't matter. They know Hiden isn't going to be there long.
Anyway even among the youngest they have made decisions and in their own way trying to be informed.

Certainly brought to us to a large degree by The System but also often brought upon themselves by people who never take the time to reflect on what truly matters to them. I like the short story "Anecdote concerning the Lowering of Productivity" by German author Heinrich Böll. Here is a synopsis:

tourist is taking photographs when he notices a shabbily dressed local fisherman taking a nap in his fishing boat. The tourist is disappointed with the fisherman's apparently lazy attitude towards his work, so he approaches the fisherman and asks him why he is lying around instead of catching fish. The fisherman explains that he went fishing in the morning, and the small catch would be sufficient for the next two days.
The tourist tells him that if he goes out to catch fish multiple times a day, he would be able to buy a motor in less than a year, a second boat in less than two years, and so on. The tourist further explains that one day, the fisherman could even build a small cold storage plant, later a pickling factory, fly around in a helicopter, build a fish restaurant, and export lobster directly to Paris without a middleman.
The nonchalant fisherman asks, "Then what?"
The tourist enthusiastically continues, "Then, without a care in the world, you could sit here in the harbor, doze in the sun, and look at the glorious sea."

Thanks Cranky. Do you see the CEST? Originally I was just thinking central or eastern standard time. Everything has meaning. I looked up which countries are on CEST and hoped Ukraine or some other player would be there but no.

Ending daylight savings time was passed in 2019 and was supposed to be implemented by August 2020 but it has been delayed due to the virus.
Maybe Kevin is to hear or see evidence 6 hours prior to the public. I don't know but I do think there is something about time.

Maybe Durham is going to fill in the rest of Drop 4621 over the next two weeks.
