seeds of discontent, ungrateful, poisonous, blah blah blah

Well... what an absolute and irritating mess these issues have become. Abraham Virtue continues to insist I am a Nazi, intent on imposing censorship and Levitationjunkie is convinced I'm attempting to control the forums for dishonest profiteering motives.

Isn't that cute.

Here's the deal, if you don't like it, then vote with your mouse and take your pissing an moaning to another discussion forum.


1) The basic concept of ATS is an important one to communicate: "question what you know."

2) Expanding the communication of that message requires effort and funding. Simon and senior staff will always be looking for reasonable ways to fund the communication and to efficiently operate ATS while encouraging growth.

3) Total freedom of speech has never been guaranteed at ATS, nor will it be. While free and open discussion is encouraged, certain language most civil people understand as vulgar is not tolerated. In addition, certain topics with a repeated history of forum disruption without any positive contribution to discussion are avoided.


From this point forward, the type of childish and petty complaints we've recently experienced not be tolerated. The staff and members of Above Top Secret expect and demand adult discussion on serious issues dealing with site topics in addition to engaging conversation between members on a broad variety of topics. Those members who are unable to engage in rational adult discussion (no matter the topic) will be asked to leave.


If you disagree with this post, you have one of two options. Leave ATS, or discuss your concerns with Simon, Bob88, or myself privately.


This is all I have to say on the matter. Because of the deplorable way in which an honest query about the concerns of a few members has degraded, I will also not be responding to any new posts on these matters.

Welcome back William, good trip? shame you had to come back to this childish out burst by certain members of ATS!

Makes you wonder what they behave like in real life outside ATS?

Dont get their own way, and throw their toys out of the pram!
