Withholding this info is criminal. I never believed he died from the knee. Officer used that tactic before without incident otherwise he would not be doing it. It's effective. It's wrong but not lethal. He wasn't trying to kill him only restrain a totally out of control drug addict. Unconventional situation requires inconventional methods. Tazing him would have certainly killed him then what. Now he's charged with murder for tazing...meh.

That knee procedure is not unconventional...It is taught to and used by police men/women all over the world...There is video out there where the procedure has been used AFTER this fake incident occurred...

Chauvin should get 2nd degree murder, the others lesser charges.

No he shouldn't. He should be let go. And I straight up hate the police. George killed himself.

Opiate addicts frequently have "lethal" doses in their system and continue to "live" as usual.

What's lethal for a normal person is not necessarily a killing dose for an addict.

Fentanyl kills addicts all the time.

I lost an old friend a few weeks ago that way.
Another gift from China I suspect.

Nope didn't have anything to do with a cop kneeling on his neck for 8 minute.

He couldn't breath because opioids are central nervous system depressant, with the main side effect of stopping you from being able to breath. The man OD'ed.

when the suspect is rendered unconscious the fight is over. Thats from a cop i heard commenting on this. All restraining except cuffs is to stop after that, and first aid rendered if needed.
Chauvin needs to be jailed for a while as nothing else as a example what happens when you overstep your power. He contributed to the hastening of his death, but was not the main cause and as such it should be 2nd degree.

He wasn't even pronounced dead until he was at the hospital. This just further solidifies the point every normal person in the country has been saying... That Flord's death was just an excuse at the right time to create havoc and chaos so the democrats could blame it on Trump and win the election by any means necessary. Now that his numbers are going up more and more, even retards like Don Le'mon are saying the riots and looting have to stop because it's causing Trump's numbers to go up. Not because it's dangerous. Not because people are dying. Not because innocent people are losing their businesses and homes. Not because innocent people are being dragged out of their cars and beaten for being white. But because it's increasing Trump's numbers. Democrats don't care about these people or the things they want, they only care about beating Trump. Even the big bad coronavirus goes away for the people to riot.

The most the charge should be for the cop is manslaughter. That allows for unknowingly causing someone's death. Floyd was resisting arrest because he had drugs on him and in his system and he knew they would be testing him because of his past history of using drugs if he got hauled in. He was not a good guy, he was someone I surely would not want to hang around with because of his criminal history. They should not be making a martyr out of someone like him, it discredits the good black people that are in our society. Make a martyr out of good people who are killed by cops, not criminals.

If a cop told me I had to act a certain way because I had broken the law or was suspected of breaking the law, I would be nice and cooperative, the black people that are getting shot are defying the cops, not cooperating. If a white person does that, he might get shot or roughhoused too.

Funny this is finally coming out and now FLoyd's big ugly mug is painted all over walls and a racist domestic terror group's acronym is painted all over streets and Hollywood and pro athlete teams are bellowing this garbage out at every event as they push people away. ..

He was training the rookies. But that cop had 16 years experience and he was on the guys neck for 8 seconds. They may be rookies with him but they are trained - he had plenty of backup to get that guy in the squad car.

They tried for 10 minutes to get him into the car, he claimed he "couldn't breathe" in the car and was resisting the entire time, next.

If they couldn't get one guy in a car (on fentanyl of all things) in 10 minutes? They shouldn't be cops.

They're not Superman, they can get overpowered. Especially by someone on pain pills and speed. Perfect example is when I saw a guy swing on a chick outside of my buddy's apartment complex and I instantly saw red. I tackled him from behind, put my knee between his shoulder blades, grabbed his hair and turned his head with my left hand and started wailing on him with my right. Over and over I hit this guy until I broke my knuckle so I got up and started kicking him in the head. When four guys pulled me away, this SOB stood right up and as he rested his hands on his knees, I broke free and knee'd him in the face, knocking him down again. He stood right back up, again, and I couldn't break free. He got to the trunk of his car and pulled out a bat that he had nails and screws sticking out of. When the cops pulled up right after that, he was arrested and taken away in an ambulance. I'm not telling this to brag, I'm telling this because I found out a couple of weeks later that he was getting up due to being so high on coke. He wasn't feeling a single thing I did to him and he ended up with over 70 stitches and permanent hearing loss in his right ear. Floyd being jacked up on fentanyl and meth would have the same outcome, but Floyd was a lot more stout than the guy I ran across. I'm not surprised he wasn't easily subdued.

Has no one seen an Episode of Cops on American TV ? It's been on since like the 80's .

Police Officers do exactly what Chauvin did all the time, Matter of fact I've had a Cop do it to me once when I was being ... a little drunk and disorderly .

Floyd died on the ground from an OD , the Cop just happen to be restraining him with a knee on the neck. Cops have been using that maneuver for decades dont you think if it killed people or restricted there breathing the Police would have figured that out ?

Just watch the video , it's obvioius what happen . Stop with all the dramatics about the knee everyone flipped out about the knee but now we've seen the video . The Guy OD'd end of story.

Matter of fact now that I think about it right when this Floyd incident kicked off they canceled COP"s on American TV almost immediately , now why do you think that is ? Maybe because it showed police officers using the knee maneuver countless times and no one died from it .

I am beginning to wonder whether this was set up.

The evidence is that he had a fatal level of fentanyl in his system - what was he doing wandering around getting involved in trying to pass funny money when so overdosed? Could someone have given him that overdose and called the police?

The criminal complaint says that a person called 911 on May 25, 2020, and reported that a man “bought merchandise from Cup Foods…with a counterfeit $20 bill.”

Officers Thomas Lane and J.A. Kueng arrived at 8:08 p.m. They learned from store personnel that the man “who passed the counterfeit $20 was parked in a car around the corner from the store on 38th Street.”

It is not confirmed that the person who called was the store owner.

The official autopsy and toxicology report states that no life-threatening injuries were present. Not a single injury to the neck.
Floyd died of the drugs he took or was given.

There was not a single injury to his neck from the autopsy results.

For the sake of argument..you never had a store refuse a bill. I have, apparently fake, unbeknownst to me.

I wonder was he given the bill and a higher does of drugs than he realised he was taking...
Need to know who called the police.
Not sure of that.

11,000 times the normal dose was found in his system not 2x or 10x or even 100x but 11,000 x above normal .

I said in another post , it's like someone hit him with an elephant tranquilizer , now even if he was a junky with a tolerance you are not going to find that much in his system.

The question is did he eat all of the Fentynil on purpose or was he dosed.

It was not the store owner - apparently one of the staff.
