Hello dear members of the ATS forum.

I recently published an article on the forum "The war between Russians and reptilians in the North in 1582", which received a lot of responses. Some members of the forum expressed a desire for me to continue this topic. For example, a colleague Baddogma mentioned people with dog heads. I decided to do a little research about kinocephals, people with dog heads, where, when, in which countries they were mentioned in documents. I present this research to you now. Research is not a specialist in this field, but an amateur. Therefore, I ask you not to judge strictly.)))

Kinocephals are creatures with a human body and a dog's head. It is very difficult to believe that these zoomorphic creatures once lived on our Earth and were quite real inhabitants of it. However, let's turn to some sources and try to answer the main question: "Cinema - the reality or fiction?"

Perhaps the most important proof that kinocephals never lived in reality is the absence of found remains with such a structure. Indeed, if this people once inhabited a certain territory, then some cultural finds should have survived, perhaps tools, artifacts containing the script of cinephals, and, finally, the bodies themselves. However, humanity cannot boast of such delights. Nevertheless, there are very interesting written sources that speak indirectly or directly about the coexistence of cinephals with people.

The most common carriers of information about this are the chronicles of medieval monks in India, Europe, China, and the Middle East. From the 5th-6th centuries AD and up to the 19th, the mention of cinephals was not considered blasphemy among the clergy. Moreover, they described in detail the completely everyday events associated with the relationship of people with these creatures.

One of the proofs is the Apostle Bartholomew, who, according to some researchers, being a cinephalus, served truth and faith to Christ himself. In numerous images, he is depicted with a dog's head.

Another clergyman-cinephalus is considered to be the great martyr Christopher. His merit before the Lord was that, having received Christ in his heart, he tried to convert the Turks to this faith, but was killed as a non-believer.

Christopher the Saint

The court archbishops Virgil of Salzburg (Bishop of Salzburg) in the 8th century AD claimed that the cinephals lived on their island in Europe. They had a pagan religion and a developed system of druidic rituals. They did not wear clothes on the upper part of the body, as it was hidden by thick red or gray hair. The head was a dog's face with a lush nape. The hands were absolutely human. As a rule, the kinocephals were armed with either clubs or spears.

Among the descriptions of the life of the cinephals, the absence of houses and cities, as well as a nomadic lifestyle, are indicated. These creatures settled most often in hollows, dugouts, caves and grottoes. They lived in flocks, and their speech was primitive and often diluted with loud barking. A characteristic feature of the cinema, according to the statements described in the works of that time, is the knowledge of the Austro-Hungarian language and Latin. They had large herds of livestock in their possession, with which these fearful peoples hid from the eyes of people.

Kinocephals in the architecture of medieval France

A large number of ancient Greek historians in their writings described not only animals and people of ancient China and India, but also cinephals. At the same time, several treatises indicate the number of 120 thousand individuals. And their participation in the ancient Chinese wars. Often described as a mountain people.

Aurelius Augustine wondered about the religion and Christianity of the cinema.

Thus, scientists, priests, philosophers for many centuries have pointed to the cinephals as a people who actually lived on our planet. Descriptions of life, appearance and habitat are similar in Arab works, and ancient Roman, and ancient Greek, Egyptian, Chinese and Indian.

Anubis - the god-kinocephal of Ancient Egypt

There are historians in Croatia who managed to establish that one of the first kings of the territory of what was then Croatia was precisely the cinematography.

Among the Russians, there were also eyewitnesses who saw the cinephals in Russia. In the 19th century, doctor Nikolai Kozhukhov met these wondrous creatures in the forests near Tomsk. Subsequently, the doctor described this episode in his work: “The creatures were very clubfoot, had long tails and dog heads. Instead of paws, they had five-fingered human hands. They were dressed in skins and wishing to get to know me, they brought the skins of wild animals and honey. In exchange, I provided them with medicines, salt and matches. Surprisingly, they spoke in Russian, diluted with dog barking. "

After this meeting, the inquisitive Nikolai Kozhukhov went to the local residents to ask them about this wondrous people. Tomsk residents confirmed their proximity to the "Moloshi", as they called the kinocephals. It turned out that they are a much more ancient people inhabiting these places than the Tomsk citizens themselves. Because of the construction of cities by people here, the "molos" have been forced to hide in the forests for centuries and their number is constantly decreasing. In addition, the doctor found out that Tomsk residents are actively trading with "molosha", exchanging furs for large fish, honey, berries and mushrooms.

Considering the huge amount of written evidence that over hundreds and even thousands of years pointed to the reality of cinephalous, it is very strange that there are no burials as such. Until now, scientists have not been able to find at least one skeleton of a cinephalus. It is quite possible that they "covered up" the tracks, somehow destroying the remains of their dead relatives. At present, there is practically no news of meetings with the cinephals. Therefore, the version that the cinephals have become extinct is quite acceptable. As well as some other peoples, about which ancient and medieval thinkers also wrote in their writings.

Thank.

The Smithsonian institute has developed a reputation of covering the remains from past giants. If the remains of Kinocephals or anything else that is seemingly highly unusual where found, I expect such things to be covered up these days.

I like the principles and foundations of science, as for the politics and economics it has gone rotten.

Great subject and a very intriguing one. I didn’t recognize it at first because I’ve always seen the spelling as ‘cynocephaly‘ but I now see it is essentially the same word and meaning as ‘kinocephaly’.

Dog men are witnessed today by a few people and the description are usually of an animal that strikes fear into you. I use to think people were seeing a Bigfoot and misidentified it, but now I’m not so sure of that.

Man, you are on a roll with these threads! Super interesting stuff - not much in the way of evidence, just stories, but when stories from all over the world converge, it certainly sets the mind to wonderment!!

Chinese Buddhist missionary spotted them living on an island to the east of Fusang. Even explorer Marco Polo referenced the cynocephali in his writings, “

Anyone know where this could be, I would like to investigate that place.

Perhaps baboons gave rise to those tales. They are doglike primates.

My guess would be they are similar to the lore of the serpentine race... Perhaps you can only notice them when you resonate on their particular frequency. I once saw a man, and it was not just me but others as well, who noticed he was like a goat and temporarily had hooves as he descended a hillside. The archetypal world and the imagination may be more true than the material literalist game that all of humanity seems to be entertaining.

There was a story that when the Romans went into Ireland they got fought back by the inhabitants. The description of these people were that the people had dog like faces and fought as such. I wonder if hypertrichosis was more common in the past than it is today? That might explain the many reports of dog faced people from around the world.

Cool thread for National Dog Day...I've been googling Cynocephali for the past half hour and can't find anything scientific describing how a human could be or could not be born with a head of a dog. I'd like to read about that.

I think it's possible ancient civilizations could have completely wiped out races from history of half humans. That would be wild. Society was much more violent and religious way back then. Think of us now, compared to us 1000's of years ago. We could have easily destroyed a race of dog people and vowed never to speak of their actual existence.
