Looking for a local 90's show re: Alternative subject matter

There was a late-night show broadcast out of Red Lion PA in the early/mid 90s on a Christian station (of all places) by an elderly gentleman. One of his frequent guests was Al Bielek who was researching the Philadelphia Experiment.

It was totally "Local Access" television, even more-so by today's standards but entertaining nonetheless. I'm looking for the name of the host and any links to video etc.

- Alfred Bielek claims to have been one of the two Navy seamen who threw the switches in the control room of the ship to power the equipment. His description of the equipment follows: "There were four RF transmitters and they were phased to produce a rotating field; they were pulsed at a 10% duty cycle.
