Because it would make environmental nuts go crazy. You know the ones who reduced the amount of water used for flushing your toilet. So now you have to flush it three or four times so you don't clog the sewer lines.

One idiot in an apartment might kill a whole building full of neighbors. Other than that, I have nothing.

Well, in a riot situation it would only take one flush to clear the crap off the streets.

I'd love to see some of them get hit with a 2-1/2" line at full pressure. I had aircraft firefighting training when I was in the Navy. At the time I was 6'-1" 234 lbs. strong as hell and I could barely control the nozzle of one.
