What's your point?

I suppose pepper spray decides if its graffiti or a mural.

You present a viewpoint as “absolutes”. It isn’t. It’s just your viewpoint.

Pretty damn close whether you believe it or not.

And FDR hid his polio as much as he could.

From a goddamned wheelchair!?!?!

What is your personal experience with polio in the 30+ years prior to the Disability Act?

I was 5 when my mother had polio. So, I personally experienced the prejudice against the disabled for many years.

That FDR had polio — means what exactly? You’re just blowing smoke.

No smoke, just saying your mother's experience with Polio doesn't indicate the US was prejudiced against the disabled... seems like you're arguing that FDR's experience doesn't indicate that they weren't prejudiced, but then he became President of the United States via popular election while openly suffering from Polio and your mother, well, did not. So it means your perspective is skewed.

Well, I think the decision is actually dependent on if it's artistic or not.

First off its not a mural.

Go look at real murals.

Just makes them look even more ghetto.

If the city license says mural, then it’s a mural by their definition.

I’m from Los Angeles. Ya really think I don’t know what tag is?

However, in this case — it is what the city license says it is.

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahaha

Grafittie Mofo's don't give a #### what you think.

If you had any respect you would know that.

Sorry, but there's so many people to hate.
We shouldn't target artists.

Just the Blacks and the Jews.

Leave FDR out of it.

Did you personally have any experience with prejudice against a disabled person?

As I stated — “we” (mom & 3 kids) were treated just like gays have been treated. We were refused entrance to restaurants and other businesses (insurance, might be contagious, made other customers uncomfortable, etc), “we” were even asked to leave in the middle of eating because another customer complained.

Real experience — not something I pulled off the internet.

Did you know churches are still not required to accommodate the disabled? Yeah, they fought for that exemption.

As well they should be. As should every other non-public sector facility/business/organization. Churches depend on the same factors as a business or marketplace, so I'm 100% in favor of allowing the market to decide whether an location permits or excludes anybody they choose, with the enterprise taking 100% of the risk of backlash if they make the wrong choice.

Regardless of it, I still reject your claim of Polio disabled being treated poorly by most of America. Hell, way back then a single mother (which I gather was the case) was treated like a leper based on that fact alone. Perhaps that played a role.

So you refuse to acknowledge what we all know? Tell me, why all lives matter is bad to say? Or it’s ok to be white?

“We”?

You’ve been oppressed because of skin color?

I mean FDR put Japanese American citizens into prison camps during the war. Yet I don't see a single "antifa" type or their backers calling to remove references to him, his administration, etc

"First racist President to ever be elected" -Joe Biden, ignoring the fact that Trump isn't a racist and his statement (as usual) is facially incorrect. It smacks of the sort of revisionist history that Biden and his cohorts are best known for.
