Julios is based in Laredo TX, and isnt widely available. They have a mild seasoning on them. The backstory on the company is quite interesting.

Damn, says Target is *In Stock!*.....in Texas.

But local Walmart has them, wtf.

I might have to try some, since the description is garlic, paprika, cumin, lime. Hmm.

It really is the best.

Soo....I made guacamole again last night. Same recipe, sans the mayo, but I added the Pit after it was finished, after reading that recommendation here. I didn't eat all of it, and put the rest in the fridge (with the pit).

Today...It. Had. NOT. Turned. Brown.

Holy #.

Didn't see it at Kroger, so I guess the next time I go to Walmart, which I rarely do, I'll look for it, since they supposedly have it.

So this based from the originating restaurant of the same name, hmm...

Nice to hear it worked for you!! It's a trick my pastry chef friend told me about, had always worked for me, but when I looked it up to "verify," the great oracle GOOGLE disagreed.

I was actually completely blown away that after a night in the fridge what was left hadn't browned.
