A Few Thoughts on the Struggle With Quantum Gravity

Who are the biggest heros and champions, the absolute top of the line, top of the game, top of the charts, top of the class, the top 100 men and women working on the most truest purest fundamental understanding of Gravity/Quantum Gravity? I should go through this thread and make a bullet list of neat and tidy short form concepts I bring up, there are maybe 5 - 10 very interesting and important concepts and ideas related to the difficulties and possible helpful directions of understanding Gravity/Quantum Gravity. Right now Human understanding of this phenomenon is incomplete, it is not known, that sucks, that is embarrassing, it is disgusting and disturbing, If my 5- 10 insights were tidied a bit and shown to the smartest people working on these problems, and they were in fact actually truly intelligent and possessed something of genius, honesty, integrity, a true care about the shame of humanities barbaric ignorance, then they would know how helpful my questions are.
