Live Audience App

Although an idea like this has most likely been considered by a number of people and it is probably too late to work it up and introduce it now, a Live Audience App could allow people to participate in a sports event occurring in an empty arena.

Applause, shout outs, chants and other audience participation could be virtual with an app that allows people to part of a virtual audience. The sound of the collective virtual audience could be broadcast on the arena PA system to allow players to experience the audience feedback. It could go farther with an image of virtual people in assigned seats as well.

But with the end of the world looming or with a return to "normal" coming within the foreseeable future, such an app would be short lived and probably not worth the time and investment. Still, I can't for the life of me understand why I had to literally "dream" this one up so late in the game (pun intended). That dream didn't end well by the way.

Was surfing the internet and it was on some latin soccer channel I think where they had the match playing and there were "fans" livestreams being placed in the stands maybe one livestream for every five seats. It was actually pretty cool idea
