From what you provided, it wouldn't seem terribly difficult to fake. That being said, individuals I have known showed me the affects of so-called "shadow banning" first hand so I know it is a real thing. Whether or not this is truly their "ACP" as you have shown is debatable but I wouldn't be surprised if it were true

I am glad there are people here who know this stuff and can bring attention to it
