Devil’s advocate, as has been reported, the prince doesn’t have to testify in the first place, correct? He can just hide out in a palace, have the 16 year old girls shipped to him.

My money is on it being someone who has a hell of a lot more dirt on her. Like an IT guy that digitally compiled and encrypted all the dirty secrets, for dead man switch purposes.
