Could a race specific virus be created?
Could a race specific immunity be created in a harmful virus?
Could a race specific virus be weaponized for use against other races?

If you are ready to accept China’s numbers for low Covid 19 infection rates, you might consider that the Chinese are showing a high level of immunity to the Covid 19 virus, as compared to the infection rates in America and Europe.

A study in the UK of 2600 twins, in a yet to be published work, show how specific symptoms of Covid 19 are tied to shared genetics. Immunity is just another symptom.

In these times race, as a negative aspect, is the third rail in any discussion, but if wide disparities exist for Covid 19 spread, on a continental level, should we not consider a racial component; and if that can be confirmed, the possibility of an engineered virus with a racial immunity built in, should be explored. I’m just trying to connect some possible epidemiological links.

Did China optimize a very infections and severe virus and set it loose on the non-Chinese world to play the long game of Chinese world domination by weakening the global will and prosperity?

Given the similarity in genetic makeup between "races", and the genetic variation within a "race", probably not.

You may have a valid point but not the right target. Everyone noticed the media's falling all over themselves to scream the world is ending and everyone needs to wear mask and stay home.

That is until the protest and riots and then the fact that these kids have a right to protest, loot, assault, and burn without being subjected to the medias condemnation of violating the their Covid narrative.

Perhaps the media are the true racist in all of this.

Even though Sars-Cov-2 is a genetically modified virus, COVID-19 isn't what you're thinking. A fair bit of the science for virus manipulation has been published openly for the last 20 years or so. I'd imagine that there are some really really # up things that we will never be told about. IIRC a month or so ago the head researcher at the Wuhan lab noted that COVID-19 was the tip of the iceberg.

remember those videos of people in china passing out on the streets, subways, etc. that were circulating the internet right when the poop hit the fan a few months back. twitter was literally flooded with these videos although it was very obvious they were circulated on purpose to terrorize the world and inflict panic on people.

covid-19 symptoms do not include epileptic seizures as far as i know.
