These guys are the most evil of all the narco monsters. They recently dismembered a young woman arms while alive before they beheaded her. I swear these guys make ISIS blush. Are they competing with Brazilian prisons for brutality points??

ncluding old fashioned extortion, kidnapping and human trafficking.


Then maybe they should concentrate on those, instead of a victimless crime.

Legalizing prostitution would go along way in helping there too.
