I noticed how the OP conveniently skipped over the SARS issue and Obama didn't declare an emergency for several months.

The SARS outbreak of 2003
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a total of 8,098 people worldwide became sick with SARS during the 2003 outbreak. Of these, 774 died. In the United States, only eight people had laboratory evidence of SARS-CoV infection. All of these people had traveled to other parts of the world where SARS was spreading. SWINE FLU 
It is true that the H1N1 (swine flu) pandemic, which occurred between 2009 and 2010, coincided with Obama’s presidency (here).  

It is incorrect to say that nothing was consequently canceled, or that the stock market was “smooth sailing” while this pandemic unfolded. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH), “when novel influenza H1N1 emerged suddenly in 2009, it was not surprising that over 726 K-12 schools in the United States closed”

Yep. The CIA and FBI loaded up those fleas with Bubonic Plague, and put them on rats to infect and kill the population. of peasants and landowners. Both!
On wait! There was no CIA or FBI in the 1346. The U.S. was still a feudal system.

Hardy-Har-Har. In the dark ages they used catapults to fling infected corpses into walled cities and fortresses knowing that would cause an outbreak. Techniques like that were used all the way up to the wars with Native Americans when small pox blankets were given to them to cause infection.

Also, the U.S.A. wasn't a country until 1776. Before colonization by Europeans, the Americas were ruled by numerous Native tribes under a number of different systems.

I hope that your statement was a joke, because otherwise it was an uneducated jab at my post.
