This was an undocumented mutation of Corona, nothing much more extravagant than that. They find undocumented strains of all families of virus every year. It doesn't mean the apocalypse has arrived. Humans been on earth for hundreds of thousands of years for a reason... our bodies have adapted to live alongside terrestrial organisms, viruses included.

Ironically, desantis had to suspend alcohol consumption on site (places can still technically be open just without consumption) not because of liberal outcry, but old folks with an overly conservative disdain for young folks grinding and making out with strangers in the clubs.
