"The Senate Intelligence Committee has voted to require U.S. intelligence agencies and the Defense Department to compile a detailed public analysis of all data collected on "unidentified aerial phenomenon," including intrusions recorded by Navy pilots in recent years.

The provision contained in the annual intelligence authorization bill, which still needs to be adopted by the full Senate, sets up an unusually public debate on Capitol Hill about how extensively the government has been tracking high performance aircraft of unknown origin, or UFOs."

Am I reading this correctly? The government has no unified system in place for documentation of UFOs and witnesses? Just curious.

Does public analysis mean that they will only analyze what is already known? That's not the stuff we're looking for.

A procedure for reporting and collating information on UFOs called
JANAP 146 has been in place since 1954.

Sounds about right. You'll definitely have the Navy and Air and Space forces doing they're own analyses. Then possibly a half dozen more security and Intel agencies with their own internal departments. But no real central command to report to. Nothing like that. Our government agencies and armed forces complete against each other for funding and most other ways too. The one who finds the cookie (or the most cookies, meaning valuable information from an ET source) wins. They don't share their cookies.

It does not matter what they vote for, or even if all 3 branches wholly support the same demands on this topic. They will not be allowed to see the truth due to national security concerns on the level of more than plausible destruction of most of our population.
We as a species are not ready to be advanced yet, because almost every topic involving our daily society leads back to money which is related to lies/illusion/greed as opposed to the unit of measurement for the purpose of making trades more efficient, that it was originally designed to be. It has become an all purpose offense/defense tool used to attain more power than legal governing bodies, globally.
As of right now, we have no systems in place to immediately revoke the power/authority of representatives when they are found to be violating their oaths of office or when they use their votes to attempt to restrict unalienable rights further. And we do not have proper systems in place to immediately stop the influence/power bases of the most "elite" of our population when we catch them going full tyrant. (Of course we have the 2nd amendment, but to even suggest that you should simply kill a sociopath/tyrant is a social offense on the level of whipping out your manhood and painting a tree yellow in front of a dozen underage females, these days.)
These are simply, Not, the type of people you trust with; plasma rifles, gravity manipulation technology, and the ability to teleport to any point in space or time. We would be lucky if the only thing they did was manipulate time to make us into a more obedient work force, of the chained and tagged variety.
