Ok, when I try to run MS-DOS I get this message:

16 bit MS-DOS Subsystems

C:\windows\systems32\command.com
C:\windows\systems32\AUTOEXEC.NT.

The systems file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Any ideas what happened? How can I fix this?
