That's messed up - both the beating a person to death and the lighting on fire of another person. Can people just stop harming / killing other people?
The bad cops and the bad not-cops...who the hell are their parents? I know parents don't get to be the only influence in their children's lives, but I have to think, in the majority of evil people, the parents totally failed them.
