As a Brit I now see the need for the second amendment

To call it wrong is an understatement.

I just don't get how people can be cool with that, 'Just do as you're told, go in your house'. They were in their house as far as the law is concerned, yet the police still felt it necessary to assault them.

They're extraordinarily lucky that some hot head didn't start shooting back--that would have opened up an entire wonderchest of trouble.

Don't really care... As I said take it to the courts... I'm not going to freak out over a singular incident. Make it a law or a official procedure and then I'll freak out a little more. In this case they can be told "you can't do that it is unconstitutional" and they will say ok really, no sh@T? Then the next night they tell people instead to get in their house and ignore people on their porch...

Sensible, easy, simple resolution and path forward.

Unfortunately not suited for this world, people want to start drama and chaos. Always want to blow things out of proportion.
