I've a friend who was stationed at the consulate office in Singapore. Some of the weird stories she told me were, well, weird.

Some day I'd like to visit, but living there is not something I'd enjoy in all likelihood.

My thoughts exactly. Even better, program them to disable more dogs. All one needs do is scan for signal transmissions and jam that frequency for a second or two while they short out the dog's power.

No matter how amazing such technology is getting with robots batteries are still as old age as using coal. That thing would do 3 laps and then itll be dead.
