Because he's still married to Marina Wheeler , their divorce is still being finalised.

Judge Gibbons gave Wheeler the go-ahead to apply for decree absolute, a divorce decree which will end the marriage “out of time”. Rules say applications for a decree absolute must be made within 12 months of the granting on an initial divorce decree, a decree nisi.

However marriage in this day and age doesn't have the same value as

it did many years ago,many people manage to live long fulfilled lives

I agree marriage is an outdated institution but Boris Johnson and Carrie Symonds are engaged to be married and will likely do so when his divorce is settled and lock down is lifted.

Don't think it's a good look for a PM to be a bigamist.

She's only 23 yrs younger than boris...

He looks like a foot.

But he has that big thing that makes women overlook his imperfections...
