This last post is making me a little worried. Mentions of an intellectual elite that laud your insights secretly and the need to mention how "photogenic" and successful you are read as very juvenile and flat out false. The reality is you can't be very productive in society with this language so you either already know how to speak in an effective manner(if you are indeed so successful) or are you entirely fabricating your narrative in order to reinforce delusions that you aren't wasting your potential.

This is insight from personal experience, take it as you will and know that I truly hope you find for what you are looking. I'm not an a psychiatrist though, just some A-hole on the internet for whatever that is worth.
