(in romania, gays can't get married nor united in any way, legally and most definitely not religiously) They took their case to the European court and they won, meaning the European court forced Romania to recognize gay marriages performed in other countries where such marriages are legally recognized. I'm not sure what the couple did next.
My point is that, people can sue a country... but i think they also need to use their brain a little and see if their reason is solid enough, regardless of how biased the judge will be.


Romania is part of the EU. The EU's courts were where the case was adjudicated. It's akin to SCOTUS rulings.

Just as Britain, neither is china part of Eu.
Nice try though, especially when twenty-three-trillion
in debt they'll try anything when desperate.
