They are having a renaissance. It’s the nose to tail movement.

Any brand of the BBQ flavor that you can get at almost any grocery store.
And your favorite hot sauce to dip them in.
You could get the plain and do the same thing but the BBQ flavor is better with the hot sauce.

Haven't had pork rinds in many, many years, and never even considered something like the above.

Might have to try it.

Trust me, it’s great.
Don’t know if you have Aldi near you but they sell a hot and spicy flavor of pork rinds and they are very good with or without hot sauce.
But I like the BBQ flavor with the hot sauce the best.

They are also low carb. So people who are trying to cut chips will sometimes eat them instead.

Yes, low carb! No chips here tho. Soft Bavarian pretzels, peanuts (salt, Cajun), bjorn qorn, mustard pretzel bits are all the bar options so far.

Soon I will add a veggie option

Not sure how well it would go over, but for veggie options, maybe something like dehydrated okra/green beans, wasabi peas, or Terra veggie chips?

I love okra in every form. I dont think I have ever had dehydrated okra. My girl friend is from alabama and I often have southern foods shoved into my pie hole.

My menu (not the pork rinds) is alpine inspired. We are a german style brewery.

I have my charcuterie guy making me HD, brats, kasekrainer. Im going to rotate as the season goes on. Im putting on the menu next week käsespätzle. Then following that I will be making porchetta (belly) and other stuffs.

Then of course I have cheese plates / sausage plate things like that 👍👍👍

But no pork rinds yet!!!!! Lol

The hot and spicy from Aldi can be pretty hot on their own without the sauce, if you eat enough of them.
But it all depends on how much heat you like.

They're available in a variety of stores, usually called okra chips. Quite crunchy, delicious, and addicting. You could also make your own, plenty of recipes.

I love hot and spicy. My colon, not so much.

I like the idea of dipping the rinds in a hot sauce though. It might make me want to eat rinds again.

I'd consider looking into local barbecue restaurants. Here in the south many make their own pork rinds some don't might be able to work a deal on fresh homemade pork rinds per your recipe instructions with a few restaurants.
