You could get the plain and do the same thing but the BBQ flavor is better with the hot sauce.
Haven't had pork rinds in many, many years, and never even considered something like the above.

I love okra in every form. I dont think I have ever had dehydrated okra.

The hot and spicy from Aldi can be pretty hot on their own without the sauce, if you eat enough of them.
But it all depends on how much heat you like.
