How come now theyre still only testing Remdesivir on CV when theres papers published since 2018 on its effectivity on CV?

When we were sick with ot last month, sofovir costed an arm & leg but got rid of the awful liver & appendix inflammation; somehow the doc knew to. use the company's hep drug for CV.

So Gileads other drug (for Ebola!) is working against the newest strain (19)...

Maybe the daughter should pick some up in India when she is there, it is like one five hundredth the price here over there.

I am sure that the Pharma companies here will try to push for this to be used on patients since they make a bundle on it.

Criminal actions should be taken against Pharma companies for making the cost so high, evidently our costs are higher here, but not eighty thousand dollars for a treatment higher. or two hundred forty times the cost as India.

I think OT has something to do with Scientology, or something...

Watched a funny video the daughter posted. Worth the watch, especially the Netflix choice spot. www.youtube.com...

This is about the inappropriate cost of healthcare in this country and fearing going into the doctors if some pandemic happens because you cannot afford it is relevant to this thread.

Herea the 2018 finding remdesvir inhibits coronavirus
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov...
Including various strains of CV

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov...
And heres Gilead pretending it doesnt know (So other companies are making it and Gilead will probably go after them for not just letting more patients die)
