THAT subject is certainly complicated. Just lets stick to when it CAN BE called murder we all need to discuss this in minutia and not white wash either sides points.

To say they can't do what they want with their body argument is debatable and takes away from the discussion that is now reasonably morphed into a Libertarian discussion. Libertarians are willing to limit the Gov influence in every way. Limit but not forget totally about having a Gov. Hopefully for the people and not as it is now, for themselves.

AM my tolerance of criminal political operative will likely get me a ticket to Hell if I don't keep focused on loving the sinner and not the sin. I have pretty much zero tolerance for this cabal as you seem to be agreed to not like them either.

Keep in mind fascism was born out of the failures of communism, it is just a more efficient form of communism and all the founders of fascism were Marxists.

Not true. Under Trump the smoking age has been raised to 21, and certain E-cigs have been banned. Regardless of the safety, that is attack on one's freedom of choice.

Under Trump, he has given the federal government the go ahead to prosecute marijuana offenses in states where it is legal.

Let us not forget that Trump calls any media that is critical of him enemies of the state.

Prison is for society to decide and we have laws that we have agreed to follow to be allowed to live here. If someone can't play by the rules, there are consequences that we have collectively agreed upon and that is above my individual desire to respect the sinner. Protecting the innocent is an important reason for the laws.
