Julian Assange: Trump 'offered pardon for Russia denial'

Interesting story just breaking.

A lawyer for Julian Assange has alleged that President Donald Trump offered to pardon the Wikileaks founder, if he said Russia was not involved in leaking emails during the 2016 US election.

The offer is said to have been conveyed by the former Republican Congressman, Dana Rohrabacher.

Assange's barrister revealed the claim at Westminster Magistrates' Court ahead of an extradition hearing next wee

The White House have of course denied the claim is true.

Let's see what becomes of this.

Was anyone under a sworn oath when that statement was made?
Do they have actual evidence, beyond hearsay, that the statement is true?

I have had it with attacks based upon hearsay....I want actual evidence, that you can use in a court of law.

Until then, it's all just noise.

Fake news doesn't come out of a British Court Of Law.

District Judge Vanessa Baraitser ruled the evidence admissible in court.

It may do in America but certainly not here in The U.K.

So even they are saying Assange was saying the DNC was not hacked by russia several months before anyone spoke to Assange about a possible pardon.

Read that article linked there also - All evidence points to Seth Rich being the leaker, not the Russians.

That's correct. It was Seth, not the Russians. Seth was a Democrat too. He was murdered, and I imagine we all (or most of us, without TDS) suspect that he was murdered by a certain woman with a track record of dozens of questionable deaths around her. A certain woman who was affected by the fall out of what was truly in those e mails.

We also need to keep in mind, that Julian has mental health issues. Very severe at that. He is probably a bit safer in prison, but they need to video tape his cell, and do safety checks on him constantly, or he may end up fracturing bones in his neck, just like Epstien

I might actually believe this one. Remember the timing of this - The Russia collusion BS had just started heating up at the time, and Trump wanted badly for it to just go away.

It would not really surprise me if he offered a pardon to Assange if he would publicly come out loudly that Russia had nothing to do with the DNC emails.

No - he is not a russian asset. He was a Bernie Bro who was pissed the Democrats were screwing Bernie in the primary - which is exactly what the DNC emails show.

If you still have not figured it out - the entire Russian narrative is complete and total BS which was used only to try and keep Trump from being elected than as an attempt to remove Trump from office. There is absolutely no validity to it.

You do realize - the only ones saying Russia hacked the DNC server - is Crowdstrike - who was paid by the DNC. The same DNC that paid Fusion GPS to make up total crap about Russia to slander Trump.

From what I understand the server has never been turned over to law enforcement, to investigate if it was hacked. So it just propaganda of the Russian hack rather than someone on the inside.

Yes, that is correct.

It infuriates me - the Dossier which has been totally discredited as total lies paid for by the DNC is what started all things Russia.

The same DNC paid crowdstrike to examine the server - why is it so hard to believe that the DNC would also pay them to lie that Russia was involved in the taking of the emails. It has already proven they have done it before.

Again read this article which clearly states - it could not have been hacked remotely because internet speeds are not fast enough to account for the file transfer speed.

How would he know who gave him the emails? Is this a serious question? In case you don't know the whole story - a wikileaks courier supposedly got a thumb drive hand delivered to them by Rich.

Why on Earth would Assange lie about that - what is the motivation - that he is a russian agent or something? He has released some harmful info about Russia that suggests otherwise.

Why wouldn't Russia want a Clinton in the white house?

They had already pumped tens of millions of dollars into the Clinton Foundation, paid Bill extravagant speaking fees, had a good time doing Uranium 1.

They already knew the Clintons wouldn't have a problem with helping them with stolen technology, since Bill had already sold China military tech when he was President and from all indications when Hillary was SOS she had no problem with pay-for-play with hostile governments.

Putin had already paid for Hillary to be President.

So why wouldn't he want her in the WH?

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange tells NBC Nightly News that the focus on the leaked DNC emails should not be on who is responsible for the hack but on "what these emails contain and they show collusion." Assange told NBC's Richard Engel "there is no proof whatsoever" that Russia had anything to do with the hacked emails released on WikiLeaks.

So Assange is a time traveler? He knew in July that Trump would be president and that he should tell all who would listen 5 months before the election, 8 months before the inauguration that Russia wasn't the source of the email leaks just to ensure Trump would offer him a pardon? HIGHLY unlikely.
