New phone cant upload pics

Yes, Im that guy. I hate it more than you. I took a few months break from ATS and when I came back I was using a new phone. I have an iphone 11. I dont have a laptop and I only want to use my phone.

For the life of me no matter what I do it wont work. It just says unsupported format. Is it the iphone?

I really want to make some threads but obviously a good thread needs some pictures.

Please help this inept former marine. Ack!

You can only upload jpg and png formats (not JPEG), and below 2MB.

Download a picture converter from the App Store and convert your pics to .png

Then they should upload.

I am technologically challenged. So I just need an app to convert the pics, yes?

An app or there are web pages that can do it as well if you don't want to download an app.

I had same problem with new ph, iPad and comp. It’s a huge flaw the way ATS does image uploads
