Yes it is true.

If 'balls of light' and 'structured crafts' are two different phenomena, the first can be a hitherto unknown natural phenomenon and the last one is there because of the first - utilizing this "energy" for example.

It is also possible that the powers that be choose to test any "exotic technology" in remote areas where an unknown natural phenomenon exists that could be a smoke screen.

The smokescreen concept lines up with what Projects 8200/Stargate alluded to as well — that there is a concealment aspect here.

My take on...not from this world --- foo fighters: A nighttime aerial foo fighter in our atmosphere, is possibly safely encased in a magnetically contained fusion plasma shield...with the plasma derived from deuterium in seawater. The plasma is not only used as an energy source for propulsion, but as a weapon of mass destruction, impervious to any weapon that we can throw at them, absorbs radar and airwaves that make it stealthy and silent running, clearing out landing zones and scaring the hell out of everybody.

The bluish-white plasma is used for high power at ludicrous speeds, and the fiery reddish-orange plasma is used for takeoffs and landings; including the possibility of it being used as a weapon of mass destruction.

IF and that is a BIIIIIIG IF anything in the ground helps ufos get here its probably some happenstance mix of metals and crystals with a natural power source like a natural nuclear reactor.

I'm not sure about that Erno, having seen the blue type pretty much stationary. Yes actually totally stationary the blue type as also many other coloured types. You might be onto something regarding the "fiery reddish-orange plasma" but I've seen them at the same time as the other coloured types so it's anybodies guess

Sure, you can chew on a Life Saver candy in the dark and it will spark. That happens. But I've never seen anybody explain how it's possible for a pressurized crystal to manifest a spark or light that was completely separated from the crystal itself.
