It's over? Yes it is over, the senate rejects impeachment - it's over - for now?

Joe Biden held a rally last night to protest/counter President Trump's MAEG rally.

Biden drew exactly 251 attendees, + a few news people.

There was 25,000 news people.... It was huge...

This is funny from Politico... Back when Biden had better numbers...

In 2018, when the president and Biden held dueling Nevada rallies in the homestretch of the midterm campaign — and Trump’s Elko rally had more attendees than Biden’s Las Vegas rally

A lot more...lol

Elko City population 20.000 with 8500 at the rally
Las Vegas population 650,000 with 2500 at the rally

I guess 250 isn't bad for the hair sniffer now...

It's not over till the fat lady sings....
"What's good for the goose, is good for the gander."
If those lamb brained arguments trumps lawyers made are accepted, there is nothing that is impeachable. And since every president would consider being impeached as being not in the national interest, they could bring the full force of the govt to bear to obstruct any kind of investigation..
So no more obstruction of justice as an article of impeachment...
Remember this day the next time a dem gets into office and the repubs start murmuring about investigations and impeachment..
Because, what is good for the goose, is good for the gander and they just drove the animal farm off into crazy land.

Yeah, yeah, sure kid.

When the Republicans try to start impeaching a Democrat for investigating crime imma ask you to hold my beer and watch this, because I will cross the isle. You underestimate the will of the centrists and libertarians.

You're right. 250 rally attendees in Lillypad, Iowa is quite stunning.

When a Republican calls for impeachment of a democratic president. There will be scores of irrefutable evidence and abundance of FIRST HAND eye witnesses.

Only the socialist dems can do and will do shams like this one.

Dont underestimate patriotic Americans.

I certainly think that it is one factor triggering their rabid assaults 24/7/365 on him.

They are trying to save their own necks from prison & the gallows for treason.

Q-Anon has repeatedly said that the degree of horrific evil (e.g. young child sex rapes, dismemberments, sacrifices to satan, cannibalism etc.) are worse than anyone can imagine and than most people can stomach. I believe that's true.

I used to be well read enough I believed there were some senior politicos who were involved in such hideous horrific stuff from hell.

I did not WANT to believe it was more widespread.

I'm now convinced it IS terribly widespread. The Marxist globalists are artists at inducting people into extreme evildoing, videoing it & then manipulating their chosen stooges & agents mercilessly.

And incredibly, some of them seem to exalt in, arrogantly prance about in such satanic rituals & circles of power. GRRRR.

Mercifully God has given us Trump to give us an intermission in the shove down the greased chute to hell.

I pray it lasts as long as possible and that all the major perps pay dearly for their treason & horrific corruption and crimes against humanity.

I'm amazed too.

That no one wants to hear the truth.

A trial without witnesses. Our government is useless. I have lost all faith in our judiciary.

back again, eh?

Well, it's official, no witnesses. Or at least no more. You are aware that the house had 14 for the democrats and Zero for the republicans? Perhaps you can show us all where your outrage was when Schiff denied the witnesses for the republicans, or is justice only a left thing?

Don't you know?

Liberals are never satisfied unless they get 100% of what they want and the other side gets nothing.

That is how they act on EVERY SINGLE ISSUE.

Liberals are spoiled children. They throw a temper tantrum when they don't get their way.

Just look at social media today... the REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE is out in full force.

But, first...
Yous are just bias and hate our dem president.
Then, well your process just wasn't right.
And then, because we dont like your process, we ain't gonna let yous have those first hand witnesses or any documentation.. sue us and we can play with the courts for a year or so.
Then, it will be, okay maybe he did do it but there was no crime. He was acting in what he saw as the national interest..
And.. at least one republican senator finished at, ok he did it, the house managers proved he did it, but it doesnt rank to the level of an impeachable offense.

So, I guess if a pres decides to hold up fema money from say texas till the governor agrees to investigate a sitting senator like say cruz... it's not impeachable. Got it!! This month its hurricane relief in Texas and New Jersey, next month it's that tornado that ripped through Oklahoma, let's see how many senators we can harass, disparage, and possibly get removed from office. We can just claim that we believe it's in the national interest, we are fighting corruption, white separatism, whatever. And, no, we ain't gonna cooperate with you sham investigations. Good luck getting the information you need to prove anything. And even if you do, it doesnt matter because the president believes he was acting in the best interest of the nation..
And, well, it's not an impeachable offense that warrants his removal from office. Let's the voters decide!!

Anyone who thought that the republican senate would actually remove trump from office was living in fantasy lane. But, trumps lawyers tore down the checks and balances within the constitution practically proclaiming presidents kings!! If the senate or courts, dont address those arguments and find a way to shoot them down they are gonna haunt this nation for a very long time.

So, well, let the fat lady sing!!!
"Whatever they can do, we can do better! "

I do not fault the Defense council in defending the separation of powers established to ensure all 3 branches should be involved. It seems obvious that they were not out to create a king, but put the power grabbing house back in its legislative place of oversight.

Mueller's administration was able to get interviews and documents from the executive branch by following standard procedures. That is all this administration expected from the house inquiry hearings as well.

I was amazed at the House audacity as they declared they have 'sole power' and their interpretation of that. They even tried to impress upon the Senate that they have 'sole power' too. It is obvious that they are on a power trip and attempting to gain more legislative power.

This will be a case for the history books. Partisan Politics at their worse. Though this attack was not just against Trump. It was against the Republican majority in the Senate. That became obvious when they began crazily blame shifting their failures in the House onto the Senate based on their voting.

They knew they would win in the Senate by losing. Complete election interference and provides them divisive fodder going into the 2020 election. I think they overplayed their hand though and it will backfire horribly on them.

First , you have a very vivid imagination.
I will grant you that.
Natural disaster relief is first and foremost a local and State government responsibility.

Read and understand your quotes... The Republicans didn't start this so be careful of what you wish for. Obama wasn't impeached because the Republicans said they would not do it pretty much no matter what and it cost them the House in the end. It's the left starting all this crap like attacking Kavanaugh or attacking the president with impeachment before day one in office. You are acting like this is just starting with the Right throwing the first punch from the senate voting down further witnesses...lol really!!

The impeachment was a sham, wasn't bipartisan even down to one vote, so do you even understand how this all should work? First maybe if they brought one crime again the President would be a good start. They wanted to bring them like bribery and in the end they couldn't since there actually wasn't anything outside of hearsay and perceptions while all the facts said otherwise.

Exactly - trial by TV until the acquittal vote.
I would not be at all surprised if the Democrats held some form of emergency House session to interview Bolton on Monday or Tuesday also.
