Freemasons of Japan...Nippon Kaigi

Hello. I must confess that I don't actually believe this group is associated with the freemasons. However, Japan is a very secretive country with many secret societies. One of which is known as Nippon Kaigi. Here is a basic rundown. They are a relatively small group with a rather disproportionate levels of power from what I ascertain.

I'm curious if anyone else has information regarding this group and similar Japanese groups. I wouldn't be surprised if some Japanese equivalent of the Skull and Bones society exists.
